The benefits of hydrogen water have been published in over 1,000 peer-reviewed, scientific papers, including more than 40 human studies.

A unique molecular molecule—Molecular Hydrogen (H2)—has been found in significant amounts in famous healing springs around the world, including Lourdes (France), Nadana (India), and Nordenau (Germany).
Researchers measured molecular hydrogen concentrations of up to .08 part per million (ppm) in the waters of these springs. This discovery led to further interest and the number of research studies exploring the benefits of hydrogen water have expanded exponentially.
Unfortunately, molecular hydrogen is not found in regular drinking water. The filtration and electrolysis of water (as it passes through a water ionizer) produces atomic hydrogen and it immediately bonds with another hydrogen atom to form molecular hydrogen.

Powerful antioxidant—Molecular hydrogen is believed to be one of the most powerful and effective antioxidants in the body. First, it is a very small molecule, unlike other antioxidants such as Vitamin C or Vitamin E. It does not need to be digested thus it gets in the stomach lining quickly and goes to work on reducing oxidative stress. In addition, H2 specifically targets hydroxyl radicals (OH), which is the type of free radical in the body that causes oxidative stress. And last but not least, when molecular hydrogen eliminates the hydroxyl radical, it produces a non-toxic by-product in the body, which is water.
Improves energy and hydration—Drinking hydrogen water increases energy levels during exercise or other physical activity. It does this by helping to maintain the production of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) at the cellular level. In addition, the studies have shown that molecular hydrogen reduces lactic-acid levels during and after exercise. This reduction leads to reduced muscle fatigue and allows the body to recover faster. In addition, hydrogen water increases cellular hydration while neutralizing free radicals.
