Unrefined cane sugar Green Lemons Baking soda

Some do not like to use too much fruit juice - but use lemons or lime for potasium - is that ok and if so how much from fresh squeeze.

Cannot use honey because of low Foodmap diet but is unrefined cane sugar ok for the glucose?

Have been using some baking soda in small glass of water about 1/4 to 1/2 for candida kill- does that interfere with the electrolytes? thks
