Lemon water benefits eyes and teeth

I started drinking lemon water for some health issues. After doing it for one week, I noticed that I no longer felt COLD in the winter month of July (down under).

My eyes were clearer, not so red, and the whites of my eyes are whiter.

Then I woke up one morning to find that the plaque on the back of my lower front two teeth had literally fallen off in my sleep and was sitting in my mouth!

I thought that my teeth had broken off in my sleep, but discovered it was the plaque.

I am still having pain in my joints but am continuing to take the lemon water to see what else happens. :)

Weak Eyesight and Lemon Water

by Saba Rehman
(Pakistan)

QUESTION: My eyesight is weak and I am using lemon water daily.

Should I drink lemon water daily or not?? Please help me in solving my problem.

ANSWER:

Without really knowing much more about your eyesight and health situation, I cannot advise you.

However, anything you can do to both hydrate and alkalize your body will protect and nourish your eyes.

Remember your eyes are composed mostly of water. Thus, replenishing your body with clean filtered water daily is the foundation of eye health.

Drinking lemon water is also alkalizing to the body, which helps to neutralize the damaging effects of metabolic acids, toxins, and free radicals.

I cannot think of any reason why you would not want to drink lemon water, unless you are allergic to lemons.

However, do not overdo it because taking too much lemon water too fast could potentially give you detoxification symptoms such as fatigue or headache.

Anything you can do to minimize stress is probably the single most important factor for eyesight. I highly recommend daily eye exercises also.
