How much salt with mineralized alkaline water

What is suggested to add to filtered water that is mineralized alkaline water to hydrate yourself and being an athlete? And when should i eat a banana for an upcoming sport?


You really don't need to add anything to filtered mineralized water, but it depends on the type and duration of your workouts.

when you have a hard or long workout, adding a pinch of natural salt and eating one or two bananas afterward would be beneficial for replenishing sodium and potassium lost through excessive sweating.
