The Hidden Messages in Water by Masaru Emoto
I first read this book many years ago and it inspires me every time I open it. The author, Dr. Masaru Emoto, used high-speed photography to take images of frozen water. He revealed that crystals formed in the water when specific thoughts, feelings, or music were directed at it. Clean water and water that has been exposed to positive words and thoughts revealed beautiful, snowflake-patterned crystals with brilliant colors. In contrast, dirty water or water exposed to negative thoughts, formed asymmetrical or jagged crystal patterns with dull colors. This research made me much more aware of how our thoughts, feelings, and words impact all living things. In addition, it helps us understand the power of water for its many healing and life-giving properties.

I have read this water book several times and I learn something new every time I read it. It is based on more than twenty years of clinical and scientific research into the role of water in the human body. Dr. Batmanghelidj explains and shows how and why adequate water and salt intake can prevent and reverse numerous health conditions and diseases. Discover signs and symptoms of dehydration and how much water you need to drink each day to stay healthy. Read a full book review here by guest writer, Tony Rovere.
The Water Puzzle and the Hexagonal Key by Dr. Mu Shik Jhon
Do you already understand the importance of drinking water? This water book will help you appreciate the importance of the type and structure of the water you drink. All water is not the same! Dr. Jhon is considered one of the top water experts in the world. He shows why regular drinking of hexagonally structured water (i.e., ionized water) can boost immunity, hydrate the body more rapidly, remove toxins more efficiently, provide better nutrient absorption from food and supplements, help lose unwanted weight, and increase longevity. One of the reasons I like this book so much is because it contains detailed research on water’s structure and its influence on life -- yet it is an easy read.
Water Crystal Healing: Music and Images to Restore Your Well Being by Masaru Emoto
For this book, Dr. Masaru Emoto compiled a collection of classical music that he found beneficial to help restore physical and emotional imbalances. The book includes two CDs of classical music pieces that you can listen to while viewing the water-crystal photographs in the book. For each piece of music he explains the potential benefits you may experience while listening and focusing on the photos. The combination of music, images, and words provides a focus for healing that many have found highly effective.
Obesity, Cancer, Depression: Their Common Cause and Natural Cure by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.
This is Dr. Batmanghelidj’s last book, and I think it is his best. As always, he presents his information with solid science but this book also includes many testimonials of people who have followed his water cure protocol with amazing results. If you want to learn why water should be your number one dietary supplement to prevent obesity, depression, cancer, as well as many other ailments, you will want to read this book.
