Water Benefits Health News, Issue #63

June 17, 2019

Hello Water Friend,

It’s that time of year when many people (men and women) are looking to lose weight to be more active during the summer and feel more comfortable in a swim suit.

If you’ve looked for weight loss tips online, I am sure you’ve come across some miraculous claims of weight-loss benefits from drinking Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) in water.

Both ACV and lemon in water provide similar health benefits and even potential weight loss—when used in conjunction with a complete weight-loss program.

As with most diet aids, drinking ACV in water will benefit some people more than others.

Our feature article “ACV for Weight Loss” reviews some of the clinical studies that have been done.

In essence, healthy weight loss always comes down to lifestyle factors: (1) proper hydration, (2) moderate exercise, (3) stress management, and (4) eating fresh foods that help to normalize blood sugar levels and raise metabolism.

To your healthy weight and active summer!
