One of the quickest and most effective ways to improve your health is to cleanse and detoxify your body. And summer is the best time to do this.

Give Your Liver a Boost with Lemon Water

One of the most important organs for detoxification is the liver. Regardless of how healthy your diet and lifestyle may be, if you live on planet earth (and are thus exposed to numerous toxins on a daily basis), I guarantee that your liver could use a cleansing boost.

A simple, inexpensive, and highly effective way to start to detoxify the liver is by drinking lemon water.
