Lose weight by drinking lemon water June 08, 2023 |
Water Benefits Health News, Issue #88June 8, 2023 Hello Water Friend, It’s that time of year when many of us want to lose a few pounds to look and feel better in shorts or swim suits. Believe it or not, drinking lemon water every day can actually help lose a little weight and bring additional health benefits, including a gentle liver cleanse and body detoxification. Thus, our feature article is my response to the following question one of my site visitors asked: "Can lemon juice or lemon water help someone lose weight? Can it burn fat in the body or help get rid of fat?" This article explains how and why drinking lemon water has helped some people lose a few pounds.
