Morning lemon cleanse and medications

I am currently on high doses of Prednisolone, and I take a weekly tablet of Alendronic Acid and daily dose of Lansoprozole, plus cadesartan and aspirin. I would like to know if I can continue to take my morning lemon drink which I have been taking prior to any of the tablets, but as the Alendronic Acid is supposed to be taken before anything else I am now beginning to wonder if I am doing the right thing! Please advise.

I am sorry but we are not medical doctors and cannot give any advice regarding medications. You have to talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
