Ii want to know how to make Lemon Water by the gallon to drink cold.
RESPONSE:
You can squeeze the juice of about 4 lemons and then add the juice to clean, filtered water in a gallon jug. Then refrigerate the jug. If you want to drink it cold right away, you could add ice cubes.
Note: I highly recommend you use a glass jug rather than plastic, as the citric acid in the lemon juice could potentially cause the release of plastic chemicals into the water.
Caution: Drinking lemon water several times a day will usually increase detoxification in the body and potentially cause cleansing symptoms, such as headache, bowel changes, tiredness, etc. This is not recommended unless you are under the supervision of a health practitioner.
