I know you are probably busy with the holiday bustle. So I will keep this month’s newsletter short.

Since the holiday season can also bring additional stress for many people, I just want to remind you to drink more water!

There is no better way to oxygenate your cells and maintain optimal immunity than through proper hydration—especially if you are eating or partying more than usual! Ho! Ho!

Proper hydration means drinking half your body weight in ounces of clean, filtered, mineral-rich water on a daily basis.

Breathing deeply will also help to minimize the effects of stress, but water will actually oxygenate the cells of your body better than the air you breathe.

Oxygenation to the cells is critical for preventing illness and disease.
