Water Benefits Health News, Issue #77

June 20, 2022

Hello Water Friend,

I am sorry it has been over a year since I last published an issue of this newsletter.

After two years of personal challenges, I am still committed to researching, writing and sharing firsthand stories about the amazing properties of water as it relates to human health.

This includes everything from understanding how much water to drink to finding affordable solutions to water pollution in our homes and communities.

Thus, I am restarting the monthly newsletters and I hope you will stick with me if you are still interested in this topic.

My main focus in this issue is about how to stay properly hydrated during the summer months when heat exhaustion and heat stroke are common occurrences. These conditions are preventable when you understand how much water to drink and when to replenish electrolytes.

Thus, our feature article this issue is about Healthy Hydration Beverages for Summer.

In case you are still wondering who I am and what my website is about, I encourage you to check out a few of our most popular articles on the website. (See below.)

Have a healthy and fun summer!

In addition, lost body fluids contain electrolytes (i.e., electrically charged minerals) in varying concentrations. Thus, both water and electrolytes are critical for proper hydration.

The following are a few healthy hydration beverages that can help replenish not only water and fluids, but also electrolytes, mineral salts, and vitamins.
