Did you know that water is the main source of energy in the body? Water produces electrical energy within every cell, which acts like a miniature hydroelectric generator.

Thus, dehydration can be one of the underlying factors of fatigue and other related symptoms such as lethargy, moodiness, poor concentration, and exhaustion.

The other key sources of energy in the body are oxygen and nutrients. Thus, our feature article is on “Get More Energy—Water, Oxygen and Nutrients.”

Of course, getting adequate sleep is also important when it comes to having the energy and brain function we need to do what we want to do each day.
