Water Benefits Health News, Issue #84

February 17, 2023

Hello Water Friend,

February is American Heart Month, a time when all of us can focus on improving our cardiovascular health.

A good place to start is to understand how chronic dehydration plays a significant role in the early onset of heart disease, especially with high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Obviously, high blood pressure and high cholesterol are complex issues, but adequate hydration is foundational to both.

Thus, our feature article in this issue on “Drinking Water for Heart Health” explains how heart disease begins, what the 6 key risk factors are, and why drinking enough clean water daily can make a significant difference.

We have also included a link to the CDC page for Heart Disease, which offers many tools and resources for an in depth study of this topic.

To your health!
