Drinking lemon water is good or not after piles surgery?
RESPONSE:
I have not seen any factual or clinical information on the benefit of drinking lemon water after piles surgery.
However, since lemon water helps most people with digestion and elimination, it certainly could not hurt to drink lemon water in moderation, as long as you don't have a citrus allergy.
Most important is to stay hydrated, which means drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of clean water. If you choose to add some lemon juice to the water once or twice a day, it might be worth trying to see if it helps keep things moving.

"Lemon water is one drink both my wife and I can't drink. It upsets our stomachs. We are in our sixties and in very good health—well, better health now that we drink about 2 liters plus of water each day. It has made so much difference to our digestive systems and recovery every day. Thank you for your website and effort." - Rod
