Spring Body Detoxification – 10 Simple Tips

Since most of us tend to eat heavier foods and exercise less during the winter, our bodies accumulate metabolic waste and store more toxins in our fat cells. This is the main reason why spring body detoxification is important.

The four critical pathways of detoxification in the body are urination, respiration, perspiration, and defecation.

So what happens in spring, as the weather begins to warm, is that your body will start to naturally detoxify itself.

As the toxins are moving out of your body, you can become more vulnerable to cold and flu bugs.
